IT incubator project

The concept of an IT incubator was developed for an Israeli company. Planned placement of an office in 6000 sq. m., a sports complex, recreational facilities for IT companies and about 100 five-story buildings with apartments and flats.

The facility was designed for the simultaneous residence of all company members. Built-up area 10 hectares.
