KARAVAN is nominated for CP Award 2020

On 28th of February CP AWARDS 2020 Competition was held at the Hilton Hotel. The project of UVT GROUP – KARAVAN OUTLET was nominated as “Best Renovation of the Year”.

CP AWARDS is a professional and independent award in real estate. Companies and projects remarkable at the Ukrainian real estate market are awarded.

The competition has 6 categories and 20 nominations. The winners are selected by the competent jury.

The shopping center has obtained a new look both outside and inside.

• All galleries and food courts were renovated on the area of 11,000 sq.m.
• Luminous facades within the area of 10,000 square meters, new entrance groups and driveways – added.
• Engineering systems have been modernized.
• Object’s landscaping was upgraded. Even the pipe from the old boiler house changed its appearance.

Design and construction have lasted 10 months. The working documentation was implemented using BIM technologies.

UVT GROUP specialists conducted field surveillance daily – in cooperation with DCH ordering service carried out work on the object. The project was fulfilled on time thanks to the coordinated work of all participants.
