LOW-RISE BUILDINGS FOR URBAN RENEWAL FROM UVT GROUP

Many Ukrainian cities were destroyed after Russian invasion. And matter of the rapid housing reconstruction for Ukrainians is currently one of the most urgent.

UVT GROUP has developed its own type of shelters and a special design for low-rise buildings, which gives opportunity to build quickly new houses, residential neighborhoods in different cities.

The conceptual project of the residential area building “PATTERN” provides:

• Building of a modern prefabricated multi-family shelters;
• Unification of the construction framework (prefab reinforced concrete, monolith, etc.);
• Commissioning of apartments 100% prepared for life.

The terms of construction are  4-6 months (depending on the supply of buiding materials and height).

Energy efficiency — class A, B +.

Lifeterm is over 30 years.

The estimated cost of the house with communication networks without decoration — 600-800 $/sq.m. This cost will be specified after the design completion and state inspection of the project.

For example the square of a 4-storey residential building is 1 240.81 sq.m. The total number of apartments is 12 and optionally 2 non-residential premises.

“Currently in cooperation with the NGO Housing for IDPs we conduct a pilot reconstruction project with the completion of two four-storey buildings in Kamianets-Podilskyi due to  support of the mayor Mykhailo Positko. Our company began developing the concept, planning and designing such shelters two weeks after the Russian invasion to Ukraine.
