METROPOLIS MALL – Rebirth into LAKE PLAZA

In July 2021 a large ambitious reconstruction of the shopping center “METROPOLIS” situated at Kyiv, st. Marshal Malinowski, 12-A has begun with complete closure for visitors. The complete re-equipment of the facility is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.

The reconstruction project includes:

• renovation of mall facades and interiors according to modern world trends;
• increase of GLA to 22 thousand sq.m;
• updating of the tenant-mix in cooperation with the company “CROPPERS GROUP” which includes the expansion of the entertainment area and food court due to the needs of the target audience;
• business center with offices of class “B +”
• installation of the facade screen with a total area of ​​over 300 sq.m.
