In July 2021 an ambitious reconstruction of Metropolis shopping mall has began at Obolon. UVT GROUP is involved in the development of the renovation plan.

The reconstruction project includes:

• renovation of facades and interiors of shopping mall in accordance with modern world trends;
• increase of GLA to 22 thousand sq.m;
• updating the tenant-mix in cooperation with Croppers Group, particularly the expansion of the entertainment area and food court according to the needs of the target audience;
• business center with offices B+ category;
• installation of a video screen with a total area of over 300 sq.m.
