In March 2016 our company conducted a comprehensive audit of the building engineering systems.

We developed a detailed roadmap of works and modernized almost all building systems: automation and scheduling, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, hot and cold water supply, energy supply, lighting.

In particular, it allowed to reduce heat consumption and heating of the ventilation system by 40%, as well as to reduce cold consumption by 30%.

The payback period of the audit was less than a month and the modernization itself about a year.
