This multistoried residential complex with shopping and office centres with total area of more than 70,000 square meters is located Kyiv. UVT GROUP has successfully completed the concept design for a new airport “Antonov”. The Concept proposes a new terminal building with capacity of 1 million passengers per year, the construction of a cargo terminal and a maintenance hangar. We hope the airport masterplan will be implemented in the near future.
The project combines residential apartments with ground floor commercial premises. The site is 0.044 ha with a living area 940 sq.m. UVT developed the schematic designs for the client.
