The concept of an IT incubator was developed for an Israeli company. Planned placement of an office in 6000 sq. m., a sports complex, recreational facilities for IT companies and about 100 five-story buildings with apartments and flats. The facility was designed for the simultaneous residence of all company members. Built-up area 10 hectares.

UVT GROUP has successfully completed the concept design for a new airport “Antonov”. The Concept proposes a new terminal building with capacity of 1 million passengers per year, the construction of a cargo terminal and a maintenance hangar. We hope the airport masterplan will be implemented in the near future.
